1. The halo tourney will still go on tomorrow. Derin Needs Volunteers.
2. Games and movie night has been cancelled until February 10th. This is due to other events happening on those dates.
3. The Video Game tourney marked on the 28th of January has been cancelled.
4. Trivia night is on February 3rd, not the 1st. James has it under control. We need to get word out and possibly get a bedsheet up.
5. The February 3rd bonfire has been cancelled. There was some confusion as to whose committee takes responsibility for that event. It was decided that the innings and outings committee would, but because it will not fit into the budget the bonfire will not happen this semester.
6. The Washington D.C. Trip will not happen this semester, it will happen during spring term. Therefore the trip proposed on the 4th of February has been cancelled.
7. There was a vote and general consensus to reduce General meetings (when we serve pizza) to once a month. For now the meeting will occur on the first tuesday of the month, but this can be changed at a future time. Matt expressed the idea that we should plan a mini event during the General meetings to attract more people. Nothing has been decided on the issue.
8. $500 more was allocated to the Social committee. Apparently there is almost $700 left in funds that can be used during the next two semesters.
